We have a special courtesy arrangement with The Florida Hotel for our Women of Royalty Conference Attendees. Attendees will make their own reservations through the special reservation link. RESERVATION LINK: Women of Royalty
The conference room rate at the hotel is based upon availability.

The Conference Courtesy Rate is $115 per night (regularly $169) for a Standard Deluxe Room.
The special conference rate includes the following:
CHECK-INICHECK-OUT:
Guests may check into the Hotel after 4:00 pm. A valid credit card or cash deposit will be required at check-in for incidentals. Five days prior to check-in, a one-night room and tax will be charged to the credit card provided. There will be no refunds on early checkouts. The Hotel will charge $ 75.00 for early check-ins prior to noon. Early check-in is based on availability.
Guest checkout time is prior to 11:00 am. Any late check out’s after 11:00 am will be charged a full night room, tax, and service fee.
PAYMENT:
Guests pay their own room, tax, and incidentals. The rate is subject to 12.5% tax and is non-commissionable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Individual reservations may be canceled without penalty outside of 72 hours prior to arrival. If canceled within 72 hours of arrival the Hotel will charge for the 1st night's room and tax. A no-show reservation will be charged 1st night's room and tax.
CONCESSIONS/ OTHER INFORMATION
Located at the Florida Mall, the hotel is approximately 6.2 miles from MCO (Orlando International Airport). The hotel is also approximately 11.5 miles to the Women of Royalty Conference venue located at 1550 Mill Slough Rd, Kissimmee, FL34747.
The hotel does not provide a shuttle service to the airport. Uber is easily available.
A complimentary scheduled shuttle to the Cocoa Beach Pier is available daily. Experience the hotel's friendly atmosphere with genuine personalized service, casual on-site dining, 24-hour fitness center, and heated outdoor pool with jacuzzi.

Yes, you can easily Uber from the Florida Hotel to the conference location of 1550 Mill Slough Rd, Kissimmee, FL34747 (The First Church of the Nazarene venue). The Uber to the conference location may vary from $22 and is approximately a 15-minute drive.
There are a plethora of things to do while you are visiting Florida. Several major attractions are not too far from the Florida Hotel with an Uber ride.

On Saturday, April 30, 2022 lunch will be catered by the artisan, Chef Lorell and her team. Your lunch selection is required during registration checkout.
On Friday, April 29th, yummy snacks will be provided in your conference bag (gluten-free options included).
A self-serve coffee, herbal tea, and hot chocolate bar will be accessible during the entire conference. Bottled water will also be available upon request.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Once you have selected your lunch option upon check out, there are NO entrée changes allowed due to Covid restrictions.
Lunch Menu Selection Choices for Saturday, April 30 are:
Option 1: Gluten-free turkey wrap with spinach, tomato, and cucumber. Artisan soup: Loaded baked potato soup with bacon crumbles.
Option 2: Vegan/gluten-free wrap with avocado, tomato, and arugula. Herbed garlic cream cheese on the side. Artisan soup: Vegetable Soup
Option 3: Italian Sandwich with salami, pepperoni, ham, spinach, and tomato. Artisan soup: Tomato Bisk Soup.
Dessert Table: Desert bites with your choice of Cheesecake bites, Decadent chocolate peanut butter pie bites, and Flourless/gluten-free Chocolate Cake bites.
